Advising Conservation Philanthropy
“We found that the Colorado Conservation Trust’s knowledge of conservation issues and organizations in the state is unmatched.”
Dick Schlosberg
Former President and CEO of the Packard Foundation and Former Publisher of The Denver Post
One of the Colorado Conservation Trust’s primary functions is to provide advice, guidance and services to individuals, families and their advisors. CCT is the only resource that offers comprehensive information on the multitude of conservation opportunities in Colorado. Our services cover a wide range of topics including research and counsel on conservation issues in Colorado, creation of charitable strategies and goals, program design and implementation, administrative and management services, grant evaluation, and regulatory compliance.
For the professional advisor, CCT provides “one-stop shopping” for answers to conservation-related questions. We help advisors understand the complexity of the conservation world, the tax implications of different types of charitable vehicles, and other related issues so that they can better serve their clients.
