Help Us Conserve the Colorado
You Know and Love
Why Give to CCT?
CCT is unique. We collaborate with all conservation groups in Colorado to ensure that land is preserved for future generations. We work directly with local communities to create buffers against sprawl and protect critical wildlife habitat, scenic vistas, healthy river corridors, and working farms and ranches.
We increase the dollars available for conservation by working one-on-one with philanthropists. We help donors explore different opportunities and identify projects that meet their goals. By combining resources from many donors, we are able to design highly leveraged funding opportunities - a donor’s gift can stimulate investments that are 5 to 10 times the size of the original gift and accomplish larger conservation goals than the donor could achieve on his own.
Since its founding, CCT has invested more than 95% of donations directly into conservation projects, giving donors the confidence that their funds are used effectively and efficiently.
Impact
All administrative and fundraising expenses are covered by CCT’s Board of Trustees, enabling CCT to invest every additional dollar donated into conservation projects.
